Methodic Union 2ANALYSIS of WORK of METHODICAL ASSOCIATION Methodical work at school is the specially organized activity of pedagogical collective the aim of that is conditioning for the improvement of professional trade of teachers, and consequently - upgrading of educational-educator process. Folding the plan of work of МО a problem, school, district and area, works on that, was taken into account. During 2010-2011 school four meeting were conducted ways of modernisation of educational-educator process at school in the context of requirements of state documents on questions education. For realization of this work decided following task: 1. A study and introduction are in pedagogical practical activity of achievements of pedagogical science. 2. A study and analysis of curricula, programs, textbooks, methodical recommendations are in relation to maintenance, forms and methods of conducting lesson, optional employments, educator extracurricular measures. 3. An improvement of control-estimating work of teachers is during realization of different types of final evaluations. 4. Improvement of prosecution of development of personality approaches in relation to activation of them cognitive activity. 5. Addition and providing of cabinets of mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics and informatics by the made visual aids, didactics material , strengthening of educational-material base of cabinets. The analysis of the conducted work testifies that the theoretical and methodical level of teaching of physics and mathematics rose considerably in realization of educational process, and as by a result the increased interest in naturally-mathematical sciences of graduating pupils of school. The results of realization of final control works discovered that the of pupils 5th classes had shown: on 19 168636864s a high level; on 38 168641648s a sufficient level; on 43 238s a middle level, pupils are not with the initial level of knowledge. The pupils of 6th classes discovered: on 18 151029176s a high level; on 36,5 151036640s a sufficient level; on 36,5 372s a middle level, only 9 (null) pupils with the initial level of achievements. Thus by efforts of teachers of Lavrentyeva L. A. and Korolenko L. S. in classes the attained results due to long-term work from differentiation of pupils and due to conditioning for development of educational interest of poorly advanced pupils, fruitful realization of additional employments and consultations from mathematics. Methodical association of teachers naturally- mathematical in 2010-2011 school worked on the increase of level of pedagogical trade of teachers on the basis of introduction of achievements of pedagogical science, above the rational planning of educational material and effective realization of lessons. The teachers of methodical association systematic work on the increase of level of professional activity by a self-education, meet and discuss innovations in methodologies of teaching of mathematics, chemistry, biology, geography, physics and informatics, novelty of scientific, methodical and certificate literature. It was so conducted round table from the exchange of work of teachers of naturally-mathematical cycle experience. All members of methodical association executed a task to training "Digital technologies". Mastered basic concepts in industry of information technologies and primary skills of their use purchased in everyday life for realization of own social and economic potential. Teachers prepared and successfully laid down a task to the test and got certificates, registered in a network "Partnership in studies" and in an association "Digital technologies" of this network. It is much done in the plan of organization of educational base of cabinets, creation and accumulation of materials for the use of computers and electronic facilities of studies on the different stages of lesson. In the process of work innovative technologies were inculcated: cognitive computer, didactics games, presentations of projects and web sites, test tasks, tournaments of connoisseurs of sciences et al. Realization of optional employments after geography and informatics and individual reading with intellectually-capable and gifted students, realization of the additional reading is with poorly advanced pupils . However, next to positive results in a work of МО teachers of naturally-mathematical cycle there is a number of defects and unsolved tasks : insufficient level of individual cognitive activity and skills of self-control of pupils .
