Methodic WorkOrganization of methodical work and It’s effectiveness In obedience to Law of Ukraine "On universal middle education", Decisions of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 11.03.1999 № 348 the "Complex plan of measures in relation to development of universal middle education of 1999-2012 рр". conditioning for forming of personality of student and development of methodologies of the studies and education, oriented to his personality, is certain the primary objective of education. The pedagogical collective of school during the last 5 worked on the scientifically-methodical problem of the "Use of innovative technologies in an educational-educator process in the conditions of educationally-rehabilitation space of sanatorium school". Development of the perspective and current planning that comes true on diagnostic basis will be realized in the context of scientifically-methodical work. One of work assignments above a problem there is methodical work that has such structure. Such structure allows to bring over majority of pedagogical collective to the creative collaboration, concordance of methodical idea, assists to development of skills of independent work of teacher, educator with the aim of the continuous in-plant training and improvement of pedagogical trade, forms interest in modern scientific ideas and ability to conduct self-examination and self-control of activity. The basic forms of work with shots that assist the increase of methodical trade are seminars- practical works, pedagogical seminars, methodical podiums, methodical briefing, recommendations, studies and introductions of front-rank pedagogical experience. Every teacher and educator work on an individual methodical problem, has the folder in that the results of activity are represented during an attestation period. About the consequences of this work teachers and educators report on meeting of methodical commissions and on creative reports during attestation. They are divided by the experience with colleagues and participating in the competitions of professional trade, unseal own works , send materials to the professional magazines. Teachers of school Pilyugina V.V., Sorokotyaga V.V., Lavrenteva L,A. participated in a regional fair the "Elucidative inheritance of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast", experience of their work is brought to the regional catalogue. The participants of competition "Teacher of year" during a period covered were Korolenko L.S.of mathematician/; Anenko I.A./chemistry/;., Sorokotyaga V.V../deputy of director from educational-educator work/; Dolgova O.P./initial studies/; Lavrenteva L,A. /physics /; Nikolaenko /fine art/; Sergeeva V.G. /Ukrainian and literature/; Pilyugina V.V. /Ukrainian and literature /. Participated and became the prizewinners of regional competition "Educator of year" Grynyova G.P., Panova T.V. and Lazovska L.O. - by a winner in 2007. In 2011 teacher of physical education Alenina N.I. gave materials on a municipal review-competition on the best state of athletic-health work in general establishments of city. In the process of methodical work with pedagogical shots the unconventional active and interactive forms of work are widely used: auctions of methodical ideas, business games, creative reports, a methodical day. The informative necessities of teachers are satisfied through professional magazines that is written by school. "All for a teacher", "Educator work at school" the "Field of knowledge", professional magazines "Initial school", "Foreign literature", "World literature", "English at school", "Mathematician", "Physicist and astronomy", " Geography and bases of economy", " Biology and chemistry at school", "Physical education at school", "Ukrainian and literature", "Informatics and information technologies"; newspapers "head Master", "Head" of the teaching department, "Psychologist", "Formation of Ukraine", "Formation of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast", "Source", "Field of knowledge", "Class leader", "Extracurricular time", "Tell a grandchild"). In the system of methodical work an important role is played by a methodical cabinet various methodical material is collected in that : methodical works, manuals, methodical literature, materials a posteriori the work of teachers,works of creative group on questions the prosecution of problem of school and work with parents. 2 computers, printer, multifunction device, are placed in a methodical cabinet, technique for registration of materials after an eurostandard. One of forms of methodical work of school there is realization of weeks of pedagogical trade, during that the teachers of school present own methodical works , divided by experience with colleagues; week of young teacher, educator; practical seminars for the colleagues of district. The basic morphons of organization of methodical work at school are school methodical commissions of teachers of initial classes, publicly-humanitarian, naturally-mathematical cycles and educators. All methodical commissions of school work on an own methodical problem, inferior to the problem school works on that. Planning the prosecution of problem, a pedagogical collective puts before itself next tasks: - to carry out the complex rehabilitation of children that have chronic diseases of organs of digestion; - to assist forming of personality, ready to self-determination, self-development ; - to provide realization of rights for every student on the receipt of education, in accordance with his necessities and possibilities; - to form for the students of school proof cognitive interests, informative culture; - to create terms for forming of healthy way of life; - to promote the level of self-education of teachers on the basis of innovative pedagogical technologies. The creative group of teachers and educators in accordance with the plan of work of school works on a theme "Development of creativity of students in the conditions of educational space of sanatorium school ". Basic work of psychological & pedagogical seminar " assignments creative formation of ХХІ of century" is: -it is a requirement in ХХІ century of creative innovative personality; -it is monitoring of creative capabilities of schoolchildren for creation of bank of information on the gifted students of school; -are flexible models of organization of educational-educator process, in accordance with capabilities and inclinations of students. At school все more teachers, educators, use the elements of project, trening technologies with the aim of providing of mechanisms of self-development , self-realization and preparation of graduating students to the new forms of control of quality of knowledge by the method of external independent evaluation. The questions of organization of prosecution of scientifically-methodical problem of school were examined on meeting of methodical commissions, on conferences at a director and pedagogical advices.
